Local Atlanta news station CBS46 did a 2 month undercover investigation of several Atlanta area shops.They placed up to five different cameras in six different cars to find out what was going on at the different shops in the area.And they found out plenty of dishonesty among these shops. A CBC-TV Marketplace investigation found this Ontario chain of oil change service centers charged customers for work that they never received. Also, they used aggressive upsell tactics to bill the customer for services that were NOT needed.
